There were 35 entries to my fan art contest. It took me a lot of time to sort through them, resize them, add the artist names & add them to a 37 page frame to showcase all the artworks for everyone to see. It took hours to put together & I even had to redo it because there was an error saving it.
When dealing with elaborate frames, it's easy to make errors. You have to direct each frame on what page to land on next. Unfortunately, there was an oversight causing one of the submissions not to display.
But due to this honest oversight (which was immediately fixed), I was called a bully & disrespectful? ๐ค It's kinda hilarious because I'm the farthest thing from a bully, I'm actually nice to a fault. They also referenced that they were one of the few who didn't use AI. The rules stated that all mediums were welcome & I don't think it's cool to "medium" shame. Everyone did amazing! ๐
But this is why we can't have nice things. It was amazing to host a contest, but probably won't do it again. ๐ฅ
