How much water do you think we consume daily? For example, how much water is consumed for breakfast on a day off? Maybe with a little thought, for example, say very little, maybe as much as a one-liter bottle of water.
But if I tell you that for a breakfast with the contents of an egg, a piece of toast, a glass of milk and a slice of meat, would you believe that about three tubs of water were consumed?! To believe this, we need to get acquainted with the concept of virtual water.
