Been pretty disappointed with the Blackbird Burger League so far, seems impossible to actually get reservations even when I reply within a minute or two
I think they could do a better job of distributing the reservations based on who's been able to secure them in the previous weeks

I normally try to stay positive but the new Blackbird app design is a big step backward imo
- dark mode only?
- cluttered map page with poor filter choices and big promotions that can't be dismissed
- video feed basically undiscoverable
- big "check in" button doesn't seem necessary (need to tap the NFC anyway)

Went to a new place added to Breakfast Club, ordered a cold brew, then found out while paying they only do drip coffee as part of Blackbird :/

Attended my first Burger League of New York event last night at Au Cheval, definitely a top 5 burger.
Shoutout to the Blackbird team for the custom Chef’s Jacket (not pictured) as well — my girlfriend used to be a chef and she thought that was a really cute touch to the whole experience 🙂
