The ONLY time you should enter your seed phrase is when you are setting up a wallet on your phone or computer.
NEVER STORE A SEED PHRASE IN A DIGITAL TEXT FILE EVEN IF THAR FILE IS ENCRYPTED.
Keep it on paper in a safe place. Better yet make an extra copy and store it somewhere else separately.
