i’m truly obsessed guys, my pdf’s don’t look like trash anymore, runs faster, more (&better) font and page layout options && I can set my own screen savers (currently randomly rotating through a selection of cute imagery every time it goes to sleep) 🥰 this v old device feels brand new again✨

This is true, the best economic systems are mixed and it's a bit dumb to be a fanatic of any... Actually even Farcaster is on Optimism which funds public goods by governance, and was chosen also by Base as a better system instead of pure capitalists L2. Everyone pays a tax included in the transaction fees, and the biggest American Crypto company knows this is a better way...

Been watching Band Of Brothers again, and:
1) it’s a masterpiece
2) it shows how brutal things can get
I think once the generation that fought WW2 passed, our collective memory of past atrocities was lost
If we don’t re-sensitize to cruelty and veer away from it now, I worry that we’ll have to learn the lessons of war again

When I arrived in the space I was happy to exchange ideas and values with people from all around the word. @brichis My optimism delegate is from Mexico, I made some friends in the US, Japan, South America, England, and so many countries.
For me and many, Ethereum is the data layer of the earth citizens. It is cosmopolitan by essence. It thrives in offering the possibility to transact freely between people wherever they are.
Because It doesn't depend on any country, It is the opposite of nationalism.

And yes, It's ok for them, they think it's smarter to be the empire. But it's not.
They call themselves the dark enlightenment, but there is no enlightenment in the path of pure ego. They just can't see behind.
