🛠️ CPAI MVP is finished!

The foundation is built structured data across wallets, chains, and transaction types.

Now we shift from infrastructure to feature expansion.

What’s ready today:
🟠 CSV exports per wallet vault.
🟠 ML-powered tagging for swaps, staking, airdrops, and bridges.
🟠 Ethereum + Solana integrations.
🟠 Clean UI, accurate explorer links, stable pagination.

What’s coming next:
🟠 Real-time tax engine.
🟠 Portfolio dashboard with wallet + asset summaries.
🟠 Expanded multi-wallet logic and smarter filters.

The core works—now we build.

Use the app today!

Made some good progress on the crypto accounting today, just ~3000 transactions left to review 😛 Got a first capital gains calculation going and it looks… expensive.
Always fun when token transactions don't emit transfer events… Here's the friendtech token claim 💩 https://basescan.org/tx/0x6398ec49e6f795649a2fafa08cd54da3604727306641a35ef0b476e54777f170
New day, new accounting software. Now giving https://www.blockpit.io/ another try and it actually seems to import all transactions correctly! Portfolio value and PNL seem reasonable as well 👀
this December's loss harvesting is going to be amazing
I'm happy to see locking historical transaction tx data is coming to @cointracker soon!

This is a great feature after working to get all of your data accurately connected.

Why do crypto accounting tools always mess up the reports 🤣 Crypto Tax Calculator is telling me I have $34 quadrillion (!) gains and could save $854,000 in taxes!
Talking to a crypto tax agency now, they want a $3000 retainer to start working on the accounting 🥲

Today I learned TIL in the US you can carry over short and long term capital gains loss to apply to future year's capital gains.

Previously I thought losses could only be applied to future year's income of ≤$3,000, not including capital gains after that.

What’s everyone using for crypto accounting? Rotki, coin tracker, manual?
Every year I can count on @cointracker's guide to clearly explain crypto tax updates for everything from Ethereum native and liquid staking, onchain lending, etc.

You don’t have a tax problem—you have a data problem.

Introducing the CPAI Transaction Engine, a powerful AI tool designed to work alongside your existing crypto tax software—helping you sort, categorize, and understand your transactions with ease.

Here’s how it works:

🔹 Stay private – Create an account with Privy for pseudo-anonymous tracking.
🔹 Manually select transactions – Sort by highest value or errors in your tax platform.
🔹 Input your chain, wallet address, and transaction hash – Let CPAI’s AI provide deeper insights.
🔹 AI-powered insights – Categorization, tagging, and real-time transaction explanations.
I’m looking for a tool to calculate my taxes. It needs to track all the transactions on Ethereum L1 / L2 / L3. Better if it can calculate the gains and losses based on LIFO.
Any suggestion?
While everyone on @base is off having fun at EthDenver, I seem to have found myself deep in the tax trenches on this fine morning 🤣

Who else still does all their own crypto tax reporting?
Reminder: S Corp tax filing deadline in 1 month
Just spent 2 hours figuring out how to get /rodeo-club transactions into CoinLedger.

To mint/buy NFTs on Rodeo, funds come from the platform-custodied smart contract wallet but NFTs go to your self-custodied wallet.

Adding my self-custodied wallet to CL was no big deal, but CL does not support smart contract wallets at this time, so you have either 1) manually enter each txn one-by-one or 2) use CL's Universal Manual Import Template — a CSV file made available via Google Sheets.

As of this writing I've collected 259 pieces on Rodeo, so one-by-one entry is not the way.

An extra complication: IDK how to link the purchase in the platform wallet (called a "Withdrawal" in CL) to the received NFT in the self-custody wallet (called a "Deposit" in CL) other than going back one-by-one.
