Today I created a guided healing meditation script with chatGPT for a health issue I am currently facing that has neurological roots, and then had it narrated with an awesome calming, natural sounding AI voice, using Wondercraft.ai, saved it as a sound file and will be listening to it in the AM and PM, because they say the body can heal itself and I am a believer.

What you see here is a snapshot of my hometown Hamburg. It is Germany’s second-largest city, a global trade center, and home to Europe’s third-busiest port.
It was established 825 AD and comes with a rich and complex history shaped by trade, war, religion, and resilience.
The church tower you see here belongs to The Michel. Destroyed 3 times by massive fires, but rebuilt and restored it survived as a modified version of the 18th Century Baroque Style.

About 100 materials have already been collected for my big project. Five years ago, Putin changed the constitution to reset his presidential term. This event was the trigger after which my life would never be the same again. A fury ignited within me, and it will not end as long as Putin remains in power.

Went to claim my gift certificate for a deep tissue massage today. I was told this was a word of mouth recommendation and that it would be quite special.
I arrived in the best part of town, but the home of the therapist was barely standing - a literal shack, ca 1900, old, brittle wood held together with chicken wire. I was cautiously following a gangway towards the entrance, following the scent of clove oil. I met a tiny woman in her 60s, who then led me into a dark room, relaxing bird and jungle sounds playing in the background…

Best thing I did last night was to watch the Amazon Prime documentary on Magnus Carlsen which inspired me to download the chess app he contributed to…
As I was reigniting this passion I learned that the term “Checkmate” comes from the Persian phrase “Shah Mat,” which means “the king is dead.
But what really blew my mind is that the estimated number of possible chess positions after 40 moves is around 10⁴³.
🤯 That‘s why this game never ever gets boring.
Playing strangers on the app is super fun as you never know what type of player you encounter.
I don’t have any preferred opening moves, or think 10 positions ahead, but it still trains the brain to visualize potential scenarios.

This photograph taken in late May, shows my brother Yura, an officer in the Ukrainian army. A shell landed just a few meters away from him, resulting in broken ribs, a concussion, and ruptured eardrums. The photo was taken about two months after his injury when we went to the village together

I am forever grateful for photography, transporting me back to a fleeting moment in time, which now has become priceless.
My Dad always took me to the city park, pulling me on a wooden sled all the way from our home. It is a large area and we stopped to feed the birds, saw a show at the Planetarium or went to the sledding hill and ate french fries and curry wurst, a German staple when being on the go…
