Invaders.fun QoL Improvements !

- refreshed the cache and fixed error with the cache refreshing
- introduced a footer with the poster & the time posted
- introduced /stats with a top caster leaderboard

PA_2 was installed in 1998 and is still up on the wall in Paris today. It is possibly the earliest Invader that can still be seen in the wild, as PA_1 was paved over during renovation works.

Lovely to see this included as #3 in We Are The Art #3 by @chriscocreated
