When did you start delegating your work?
I’m leading a small team and working towards an MVP for a product that will eventually be initialized as a DAO. While I’ve had some contributions from others, I’ve been handling most of the core work—Solidity dev, frontend, architecture, documentation, finance, you name it. I enjoy the challenge, but I know that transitioning to a DAO structure and scaling effectively will mean bringing others in more formally.
For those who’ve been in similar positions: when’s the right time to start expanding the team? How do you balance maintaining control of the product vision with aligning incentives for contributors in a DAO model?
