A lot of business owners have lost customers due to a failed point of sale (POS) transaction. They would tell you the network is bad and there's nothing anybody can do about it.
I have had to pay an extra 10,000 naira for a product because POS debited me and failed. Before the bank could reserve the money, the product price changed.
90% of Nigerians using ATM card have experienced this at least once in two years.
An onchain solution is highly needed in this scenario. A POS that uses a decentralized internet.
