- Reference materials like my cc info, case numbers
- Navigate speech (say what you want) and dial interfaces (press 1 for blah)
- Wait on hold and give me a call when agent is live
- Update via push notifications
- Record the call

It is insane how "under the radar" Index Supply has been. This is probably the best indexer in the world right now, and it's still in its plaintext landing page era. Highly recommend anyone building an application with performant log indexing requirements to check it out!
