First day at @paragraph 🫡 (pinch me, this is an absolute dream job) and reading all of your wonderful pieces this morning!

Really loved @beecurious post on the top matcha cafes in Tokyo. Thank you so much for taking the time to share all your brilliant thoughts, experiences, and ideas. I freaking love the internet!

Back and employed! Will be leading design at Paragraph come Monday, and so so SO EXCITED to be starting this dream journey 😝
Y’all, this is scary (@bias’s cast in /gloom)
Highly recommend taking @dawufi up on this. This is a rare opportunity and a really meaningful offer from one of (not only mine, but lots of folks') favorite casters. So if you're hoping to increase your engagement, jump on it!

Final note: It's difficult building a following anywhere (not just Warpcast, in fact, it's probably a lot easier to do so here). In any case, the culture here is not like other social media platforms/networks. You've gotta provide value, which can come in many forms, to be valued.
Not sure if this question is easier or more difficult to answer than ones I've asked previously...

For the designers—what are your expectations for "Frames" (given that they're products in their own right)? What "Frames" have met those expectations?

A glimpse into the "UX-ed for it!" chat stream

Thank you, @markfishman for courageously taking us through another unnecessarily stressful web3 onboarding experience, and @pugson and @heavygweit for the thoughtful and candid commentary.

Take from this what you will, consumer crypto builders 🫡
Join @markfishman and me again tomorrow at 12:30pm ET for another /product, /ux, and /product-design + /design feedback hang!

Little does the world know, @ivy and I are best friends.

So grateful for you—you brave, bold ass, incredible, and forever honest human 💜
My grandparents’ wedding in the early 1960s in Taiwan.

They’re high school sweethearts who dropped out together and got married at 19. Still together after all these years, definitely not the happiest people if I’m being completely honest, but the co-dependence goes deep…
Let's flip that last question, designers—what's a product you use regularly (daily or at the very least weekly) but don't consider to be "well-designed"?
Felt inspired, started a channel.

Have so many meme-worthy photos and screenshots that have yet to come to meme life.

Drop your original non-memed content in /memestock, where memes come true 🫡
Quick question for designers: Are there products you love the design of but don’t actually use?
Thanks to everyone who joined our stream, and major kudos to @markfishman for being such a brilliant UX EXPERT and wonderful cohost—everything is recorded along with chat transcripts.

Today, we talked through some new /warpcast updates, and provided UX + UI (general product feedback) on /ponder and /amp.

Should we make this a weekly thing? Perhaps a hypersub for recordings?
Join @markfishman and I in ~20min (3pm ET) on Unlonely as we talk UX and provide feedback on FC products!

It feels like every few years, the skillset expected of product designers shifts...which keeps things exciting IMO.

Curious if anyone's been using 3D design tools for their work? Have been interested in learning. Bezi looks really promising and seems far less complicated than other tools. Has anyone tried it?

I’m fucking terrified.

Free product feedback from two UX experts?! Stream goes live mañana 🫡

DC me or @markfishman, or be bold and directly reply to this or Mark's cast if you're building a product and would like to get some feedback (with a side of thoughtful roasting) 💜
Odd /castout takeaway: Team Mole should build a startup/product and be the founding team, sheesh.
Happy birthday to our super odd but lovable dog pup!
