1. Early rising at 8:00
2. Contrast showers or dousing
3. Charge for 10 minutes
4. Facial massage for 20 minutes
5. 5000 steps minimum.
6. A minimum of 30 minutes of sport
7. Reading a book of 20 pages
8. English 20 minutes
9. Go to bed before 24:00
It works for me except for early rising and early waste to bed.
