foot rehab is going well! have been doing daily exercises and already seeing some progress, keen to stay consistent and see how we progress.

Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about how people who leave things on their windowsill do so for other people, the community that walks past, without ever getting any payoff.
One example is this lady down my street who has a Shrek and Donkey toy in the window. She moves it every few days, changing their positions, adding seasonal-specific decorations.
I am absolutely obsessed with Shrek, so it regularly makes my day and I want her to know that. I want to buy her another Shrek character and leave it on her doorstop with a note thanking her for the daily glimmer, and then see if she adds the new addition to the window. Question for y’all — which character should I choose?! Thinking it could be Fiona, Dragon or Puss, or we could go rogue with Gingerbread man or even Lord Farquad (would change the vibes quite a bit tho).

finally saw a physio today after battling with a debilitating foot injury for almost 3 months now :/ looking like it’s related to a bad sprain I did in 2023 that likely tore a ligament and resulted in bone bruising.
After trying to rehab it myself + push through it feels good to get an expert to take a look and take it seriously! Even booked in for an MRI next week to rule out a hidden bone fracture, wish me luck 🤞🏽
