Health freak lvl50 : green smoothie with moringa, nettles, sea moss, spirulina, chlorella, matcha & cacao nibs.

Starting @bryanjohnson’s Blueprint diet tomorrow, has anyone tried it? Looked at the ingredients and felt like it lacked flavours but we’ll see how it goes lol
our body is literally beautifully crafted by God
20 years ago we called it the C.R.O.N (calorie restriction optimal nutrition) diet. I was fascinated by it and experimented with it a lot since then, along with extended water fasts (up to 21 days).

Unfortunately back then it was not well perceived and we were labeled orthorexic and told to go seek professional help.

Today those people who were heavily critical ask me for tips to reverse / slow down aging lol it pays off to be stubborn sometimes
I just inherited the /biohacking channel and setup automod. If any other health freak wants to help me grow & moderate it lmk :)

While we’re on the subject, what are the best NMN & resveratrol products on the market? Looking to buy large quantities 😅
anyone here has experience with monitoring HRV during the day?

My Morning Routine (As a person on the ADHD path)

1. 5am wake up, dog duty - no phone for an hour. I do some affirmations while walking my dogs. Followed by a simple QiGong practice.

2. Tidying up house - helps quieten my brain & also gives me a sense of accomplishment.

3. 30-min on the spin cycle. Pumps blood through body & triggers a release of dopamine & serotonin, to improve mood. This is important because I often wake up with debilitating anxiety.

4. BPC (Espresso with Ghee) + 5-HTP. My biohack to increase serotonin, while also keeping me focused and less agitated. Allows me to be hyper-productive

ADHD looks very different in women.

More than the hyperactivity & lack of focus that men with ADHD experience, women face symptoms of anxiety and depression. They often have racing thoughts & at times space out.

To mask these symptoms, many women end up being high-achievers. Losing out to peers, is not an option. Because, that leads to more depression & anxiety and self-blame

Anyone else on this ride?
5-HTP with BPC is god or wut?

Any biohackers doing breathwork?
Today I received the results of a Gut Health test I did last week.
It turns out I have elevated Zonulin levels, which is a leaky gut sign. Something I had already suspected :(

A month ago, I started taking Colostrum. Now I'll research more and try to improve it with dietary habits and some extra supplements.

Tips?
I use one of these to maintain good posture while sitting at the computer. It's quite effective when used for up to 3 hours daily, especially when alternated with standing and using regular chairs.

Using it for longer periods starts to cause me knee pain after a few weeks.

Did you ever try it?
On curcumin hype 👇

“Despite curcumin’s apparent lack of therapeutic promise, volume of research produced on curcumin grows each year. Many of these studies bear signs of fraud”

I wear these blue-light blocking glasses every evening after 7pm, but I find it hard to measure the effect on my sleep (too many factors involved)

Scientific evidence is inconclusive but imo the amount of blue light -plus intensity and flickering- can’t be ignored. Would like to see more research.

Do you use them?
Second day taking Methylene Blue

I don’t feel any immediate difference or benefit.
This channel is now officially open to discuss about biohacking and health scientific research.

As a first cast I’ll share that today I tried Methylene Blue for first time (5mg)

But I didn’t notice anything different 🤷🏻‍♂️
