as a creator, one of the trickiest tasks onchain is finding our supporters and thanking them when sometimes all we have are wallet addresses (since not all of us use ens)
firefly was super useful for this bc you can enter any *wallet address* and find the user on farcaster (if they connected their wallet)

Despite all discussions currently on web3 social, I still think cross-posting by @fireflyapp on @farcaster and X(Twitter) is the most delightful/useful feature for end users currently.
@fireflyapp ui is so great. But hate the feed. Does not reloads often and shows old casts (looks like an algo feed). Think there is room for improvement in feed section. Would love to use it more often if they fixes the feed.

For the past 18-24 months, we've been playing catch up to web2 social platforms.
Web3 needed basic features like posts, follows, feeds, drafts, scheduled posts, and so on.
Seems easy enough but add to the fact that Lens and Farcaster have had multiple upgrades for scalability and frankly refactoring and you realize the ground was shifting a lot for builders. For apps supporting multiple networks like @fireflyapp problems only multiplied.
But, I'm here to say. The ground seems solid now. We are no longer putting out fires and playing catch up to X and others. Frames, tipping, channels, NFTs, and so on are just the beginning.
Games, betting, defi, and everything else you can imagine in crypto are already by default social. All of them and more will become widgets and tools for getting sh*t done while having fun, making money, and living your life onchain.
Truly public infrastructure and public goods make for a world of absolute digital abundance. Cheers to the Phase 2.

I’m at work right now, but thanks to @fireflyapp , this post was scheduled last night! 🎯 Scheduling posts has been a game changer for staying consistent, especially when I have a busy day ahead. It’s like having an assistant to keep me active even when I’m not online.

Oh boy oh boy - I’m a happy camper tonight because @christin introduced me to @fireflyapp
I’m digging the concept so much - you have no idea. It’s the vibe of the og @nook for those of us who get overwhelmed switching between a gazillion of social apps.
Things I loved at first sight:
- Integration with Paragraph (all articles in one place) + separate tabs for NFT and DAO activity
- NFTs from your wallet live on a separate tab and are organized by collection (finally) + /poap - Tabs are customized (deleted Lens right away - sorry not sorry - aura pics at Fest were cool but your brand reps are not)
- Scheduled casts (!!!)
What sucks:
- Feeds are a mess (please let’s start with a basic chrono feed)
Suggestions:
- Tab for dapps (similar to the WC explore tab) + media tab (could be sorted by show/collection like NFTs)
I’m sure folks will find a ton of technical and other issues that I’m not seeing right now. In any case, I feel that Firefly has potential to become an excellent product
