This person just purchased a new vehicle a few months ago. The payment is ≈$1000.
They told my wife they were headed to a food bank. My wife questioned her about it. The person's response. "I don't have any money!"

So I didn't see it happen but through past experience I strongly believe my neighbors kids broke Roy's tail by pulling on it.
