I have realized that if you don't learn to say no and mean it, you may feel overwhelmed, resentful, or taken advantage of.

You might say yes when you really mean no or put others' needs over your own.

Saying no is self care and important for maintaining good mental health.

We should love ourselves enough to say no when it feels right, without explanation , however it's not always easy.

Sometimes, I find myself explaining my no, especially in sensitive situations or with close relationships.

. My empathetic side wants to justify my no to avoid appearing mean.

So in all of this, striking balance is key.

I'm currently in the trenches because of my greed and lack of expert guidance during the last bull run.

I found myself opening my apps daily to look at screen money, thinking it would continue to rise.

I was able to withdraw some funds and invest offline, but by then, I had lost considerable profits due to dips.

Always seek guidance, set profit targets, and take profits.
Leave moon bags while on it .... don't be deceived by screen money.

After the bull run, I ventured into futures trading with little knowledge and got rekt pro max🤣

Don't trade futures if you don't have the necessary knowledge and avoid revenge trading, as you'll keep losing due to emotional decisions.
