why are zksync builds non-deterministic (both foundry and hardhat)? why does updating the smart account change the proxy bytecode? and why is there only one proxy bytecode that works for my account factory?

How do you guys implement in-memory time-dependent tests?
- hardhat network helpers are not available on zkSync/v2.0.
- era_test_node doesn't support `evm_setNextBlockTimestamp` RPC...
- mining blocks in the test freeze the running node

heyhey zkzksync & viem aficionados,
i've noticed that my smart account created with `toSingleSmartAccount` from the recent viem upgrade (2.19.9) produces wrong signatures when using the one and only `zkSyncInMemory` configuration.
am I missing something obvious?
is anyone in the same situation?
i got it working with ethers, but I'd rather not crawl back to my ex.
