We’ve just shipped a Fleet & Hire Purchase Dashboard for our fleet financiers! (see commit: https://github.com/3-Wheeler-Bike-Club/3-wheeler-bike-club-fleet-app/commit/3863bb8c893f9c0136aa7b76f33824e13d123434 )Now, they can easily track key vehicle details, including VIN, license plate, and queue status before a car hits the road.
Once a vehicle is active, the dashboard updates to show:

We’ve completed the flow for initiating hire purchase contracts and issuing invoices to drivers for micro-payments. Next, we’re tackling payment integration and attesting receipts for these payments. After a driver expresses interest in owning a 3-wheeler, we invite them to our partner’s local office for in-person verification. Their data is uploaded off-chain, (see commit: https://github.com/3-Wheeler-Bike-Club/3-wheeler-bike-club-team-app/commit/74adacec8d125f18ffcc8bc4953f1eb167270136 )and we attest their KYC approval on @celo using Sign Protocol. 🛺💨
We have 3-wheelers available but need drivers. To streamline this, we’ve integrated a membership badge during sign-up, (see commit: https://github.com/3-Wheeler-Bike-Club/3-wheeler-bike-club-members-app-pwa/commit/2902b23d8c27c66c41cda7ea80ce6d84dc20530a )to track KYC verification and driver assignment status. 🛺💨
Exciting times! Orders have been fulfilled, and the 3-wheelers registered with the local driver & vehicle authority. Next, we’ll take this offline data of real-world assets and attest it on @celo using Sign Protocol. 🛺💨

With this, users can now finance a 3-wheeler or two using their preferred payment methods. Once financed, our team takes over, handling procurement, registration, and driver assignment.

We're getting closer to our pilot in Ghana! Excited to join @celo's Proof of Ship to stay accountable to our builder milestones.
We recently demoed our membership payments & credit score features to the community, and now we're expanding with P2P vehicle financing—a feature that complements our ecosystem by allowing anyone to finance a vehicle for community members and earn solid returns.
We've pushed updates for the visual foundation (base UI - https://github.com/3-Wheeler-Bike-Club/3-wheeler-bike-club-fleet-app/commit/7634d4c1461f48f80b278b3665598ae771b59f28 )of this feature and are now working on payments integration, data submission for registration & assignments.
