since I want to learn more about sake, I’ll cast things as I go and maybe someone here will find it useful / interesting too!
recent thing I learned - although you can generally guess the vibe of a wine (or at least narrow down to a few grapes) based on where it comes from, you can’t really do the same for sake beyond what the label says about polish level or whether alcohol has been added. you just have to learn the producers, ie drink.
