One of the biggest shifts in NFTs is that Ethereum mainnet is down to creating to only 0.5% of all new collections in August
Layer 2s are now in control with Base leading the way with ~67% of new collections and Zora in second with 29.4%

Yesterday was the 3rd highest day for DEX volume with over $20.2B in trading volume.
The only other days to surpass this were the SVB Bank Run ($23.1B) and the 2021 May Flash Crash ($22.8B)

Onchain data is cool, but I also like to compare web traffic as another way to measure usage. In June, the top crypto apps were:
1) Dexscreener - 26.9M
2) Pump Fun - 8.46M
3) Uniswap - 4.5M
4) Jupiter - 4.6M
5) Polymarket - 1.4M
Yet the top site was Coinmarket Cap with 88.8M

Signifcant L2 Adoption Milestone:
During the week of 7/8/24, L2s accounted for 50.4% of total DEX volumes, surpassing Ethereum in volume for the first time.

Ever wonder what the most expensive fee on Ethereum was?

Last week, Zora reached an all-time high in protocol rewards with over 278 ETH earned by creators and minters.
This contributes to the overall total of more than 2.6k ETH earned since protocol rewards began.
