I seriously do not understand the hate towards the “base is for everyone coin” and @jessepollak
If you don’t like the idea just don’t collect/buy
If you expected to cash and got burned is your fault
This is an experiment - could work, might not, but everyone learns. It takes balls to do that given how well base is performing (if you zoom out)
Under old models this might look like a crazy move, but the whole idea is to discover new models
Ps: if you bought during the first hour you are on the green or very close…

My two cents on the Zora x Base coins and future of “content coins”
“content coins” need to optimise for content not for the coin part to thrive
The experience needs to be x10 better than what it is today
1. consuming that content: making it easy for users to understand what’s the content (podcast, article, meme, animation, ad, poster, w/e)
2. distributing that content: meet the users where they are, dexscreener is not it
3. amazing content: probably the hardest. Content that people love
