But we didn't have turkey, so got turkey breast and ham, no cranberry sauce, so used raspberry sauce instead, not enough protein, and then added a cheesy omelette, and it was an amazing combination that was unexpectedly delicious.

Not a painting but a sculpture: Sleeping Nymph, by Antonio Canova. Saw it in the V&A Museum. It was underneath a skylight. When I saw it, a sunbeam came through the skylight and fell on it. And damn if the sculpture didn't look alive for just a few seconds.
