That Naked belt is realllll nice!

Easy 3, mod 5k (22:40!), easy/mod 4 and some change.
Just checked in at the Tesla service station for a tire rotation on the Cybertruck. They told me it's the dirtiest one (in a good way) they've seen.

Great farmin' truck.
Behind the scenes!

Our lighting partner (+ fellow Y Combinator company), Thrive Agritech, is onsite filming from the farm today 🧑‍🌾🔅
We know someone saved the day today 😄🥗
We used to have 4 patents pending on our indoor farming technology at Clayton Farms. Then we scrapped 'em and moved entirely to open source.

One of the best decisions we've made.

This is my backyard, where I’ve enjoyed thousands of miles of running. Blessed 🙏🏼

Uh oh, my mom is worrying about BTC again.
Another win! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Mondays are rest days from running, so I tend to cram a mega work day, with any/all meetings (I hate meetings), to knock 'em all out.

Still foam rolled and kettle belled this morning, though!
Always good to chat about the mission I’m on, with the next generation of builders.

Ask ChatGPT “From all of our interactions what is one thing that you can tell me about myself that I may not know about myself.”
If you had told me 5 years ago that I’d be running 5 days a week. And the shortest training run would be 10 miles. I’d have said no way.

It’s f’ing crazy how much better life is as an ultra runner.
It’s a nice night for a campfire 🤠
Always a great time to visit with Andy V! Back in 2017 as we started the business, Andy was finishing up at Iowa State with a focus on industrial design and agricultural engineering. He helped us with designs of our farming equipment and user experience. 😊

When he mentioned he was going to be back in Ames today, we knew a tour and a fresh farmed meal were in order 🧑‍🌾
It’s been a great mileage week so far!

Off to be the closing keynote at an engineering event on Iowa State University campus 💪
Healthy fresh salads, and we learned something about cucumbers 😊
Fridays are an optional rest day or 4 miles for a run. Decisions decisions…
