i haven't used a phone case in a long time (2 years?), and have removed from the ipad as well more recently. it makes such a big difference in weight and feel. no way back.
opened X and the app defaulted to ‘for you’. the feed was positioned on a video, subtitled, of a woman saying she killed someone.

probably too early for this as I have to watch a ton of footage first, but started playing around with defining a look for my latest project - filmed a luthier building a guitar.
not going crazy with it bc 1) my camera is 8 bit (shot in s-log 2), so it's easy to break, which is already happening and 2) most of the colours were defined 'on set'. but it's a fun process regardless.

on the “next groupd of people to onboard” topic, would love to see chefs joining Farcaster — Dean Sheremet comes to mind as he’s got a wide presence and his content is cool.

on a different note, switching from design to filmmaking, excited to finally dive deeper into editing this project. we wrapped up yesterday, filming a 1h talk. there's a ton of footage, hundreds of photos and, piece by piece, it will come along.

seems to be working much better now. /gifart has easily become my favourite channel to use on noa, but loading some of the images have been tough. will keep monitoring this format specifically - static ones from other channels show up pretty quickly.

there are probably smarter ways of doing this, but claude and i built a simple debug interface + new scripts to handle file loading (specially gifs) in a better way. it's kinda fun to see it like this.
it seems to be working well. now the difficulty is to make claude apply these changes to the main app's script file.
