ok so my attempt to build something on Farcaster starts in 3, 2, 1...
I’ve just posted the same set of 4 photos in high quality on every social app I’m using (x, ig, threads and bluesky) and it pains me that i can’t do that here with the 2 img limit + compression

someone close to me and myself were both in need of some legal advice recently. we obviously had long back and forth chats with chatgpt, followed by consultation calls (free and paid) with lawyers specialised on the topics - and with knowledge of german law, obviously.
it was shocking (or very impressive to the very least) how accurate the ai's conclusions and recommendations were. even some nuances in terms etc were spot on.
the icing on the cake: we dont speak german, but all chats were in english and turned out extremely accurate.

one of the most irritating parts of the filming work - and even with photography in general - is file management and backup systems. absolutely hate it.

we have this machine that's drying walls on our hallway (major leak on the flat above), which gives access to bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room, and we have to keep the doors closed. so it's open one, close the other while passing through.

as a meat lover, it's still shocking to me how 'Tafelspitz' is considerably cheaper than other cuts here in Germany.
Tafelspitz = Picanha, which is a premium and probably the most loved barbecue cut in Brasil, where I come from, due to how tender and juice it can be.

I've been very intentional about what I release since '21 - perhaps maybe too much, preventing me from experimenting. But decided to FAFO early last year and released a LE (of 25) using @zora, on @base and to be minted with $DEGEN.
I don't know since when, but this LE of 25 has essentially become a LE of 5 and no new mints are possible due to recent (?) changes made by and on zora (on the UI? Contract? Idk).
And this is annoying tbh. If there's one thing these 4 years in the space have taught me is to not rely on platforms. One of the many reasons why I didnt touch Rodeo and will not consider zora for the foreseeable future - interestingly enough, I minted my 1st NFT using Zora back in March/21.
If I'm missing something, will correct this later. But for now, will sit myself out from participating in the experiments of others.

both my fears of flying and heights got to a new level recently. if you tend to experience the same, would love to know what you're doing/have done to improve.
about the fear of heights, just for context, we stayed on the 6th floor at this hotel in Tokyo. To get to the room, you'd have to pass by this open area in the corridor (both sides), with no particular view btw. After 2 nights, when I returning to the hotel, my mind went downhill just to think that I was gonna have to pass that bit. But did it. Entered the room and started having a panic attack, sobbing as if I was then trapped. Asked my gf to talk to the staff and they were super kind, switching us to a lower floor and without having to pass that area - the new room was just in front of the elevator. It felt super scary though - and obviously shit.
Any tips would be much appreciated. Videos? Books? 🙏

you've got to walk a lot to find the allowed areas (different than my first times in Japan 5, 6 years ago, which was already a shock) and most are now smoking rooms (made of containers). The outdoor spaces from before have been converted to heat-not-burn types of smoking or simply eliminated. It seems like hotels/restaurants had to adapt as well. walking and smoking is obviously a no-go and there's signs everywhere, and also fines in place.
it actually felt a bit weird to freely light up a cig when I arrived in Berlin.

for almost a year i’ve been going to sleep with my earphones on due to an increase in panic/anxiety attacks — would use binaural frequencies type of sounds, which truly helped.
yesterday was different. no earphones. no sound. nada. just listened to the silence. felt good!
