If you really intend to execute DUNA, why is a DAO still necessary? From a procedural standpoint, it would make more sense to dissolve the DAO, refund its members, and then have those of you based in the US establish a traditional foundation.
Since a large number of DAO members are from all around the world, why should the DAO compromise for the US-based members?
If proposals cannot be executed in a permissionless manner, what is the point of the DAO?
