itβs easy to get caught up in and attribute bullish sentiment on farcaster/base to the positivity of the people/ecosystem. maybe itβs cause i only got in recently, but itβs not said niceties that make me feel bullish.
in one line: fc/base meets builders where builders are whereas traditional vc model, builders met vcs where vcs are.
and the former shouldβve been the case for most projects all along. gpt wrappers accelerated this and now, this eco is democratizing it.
factors:
- fc core users being builders (and actively attracting more)
- base very hands on w eco & making products w builders in mind
- builders reinvesting in builders (time, money, etc)
honestly, it feels weird to feel so free to build when markets are tanked and i havenβt cared to raise. but every day, i just cant escape the feeling of βi feel like a kid againβ. itβs this simple euphoria that helps me focus/refocus and continue onward to build something great.

10 things I canβt quit thinking about after ETHDenver:
1. Convergence = here. Devner didnβt feel like an ETH conference, but more like an AI + crypto + TradFi + techno-philosophical conference. The convergence is true and real and accelerating.
2. Most corporate jobs suck ass. 40 years at a desk working on the same thing? Pure dystopia. We need fluid movement between passions, projects, people. DAOs are a massive step in that direction, but now AI is giving individuals the means to spin up their own massive businessesβ¦ thereβs also this notion floating around that we can launch a product or contribute to a protocol or a DAO in a way that sets us up for life rather than slaving for decades at the golden teat of a paycheck. It's a massive win for human flourishing, passion and excitement.

there've been so many bots in my notis since the purge. feels like min 2/day that spike my noti w follows/liking old casts. biggest annoyance besides spam is old cast noti due to bot interaction remains at top, even after i block the bots.
i'm reporting spam every time, but would like to block more easily. currently, it's 2 flows of reporting then block. would like an option to block immediately after reporting (like mute option). or better yet, restore the state of my noti to before the bot i reported ever interacted w it.
