this is kinda the problem w gentrification as well. poorer places breed culture and rich people see it as a commodity to buy into. this not only displaces the creator community but empties the place of the culture that made it attractive.

i grew up in brooklyn and will always love it but at some point people started coming for the cultural signifier without actually trying to engage with the culture itself

missed this gamechanger. the biggest point of friction in onboarding is loading a wallet. with this you could reward newb users with tokens to build up to their first tx. cements my decision to use smart wallets
