notebook llm's beta interactive mode feels like the future of podcasts and entertainment.
think ai voice is becoming more and more powerful. personally, i've been using it alot more to dictate. we speak 3x faster than we type. and there's more voice agents that enable you to better understand a sector, interact with recipes, connect with emotionally, etc. people are just (voice) chatting directly with LLMs.
not long before we see a future entertainment layer that becomes two directional... where users can interact with a piece of content/the author as they read/listen/watch it.

nowadays, new assets launch every minute, with some trading in the billions before even touching cefi venues.
in the past, trading across defi was limited to those intimately familiar with the various protocols, felt comfortable bridging large sums of assets across multiple chains, and probably required some level of technical expertise in order to automate and manage positions.
at @strobefund, we’ve observed that there’s now a spectrum of defi traders, who range in level of sophistication and what they prioritize (eg speed, mobile or desktop first, convenience, UX, price).
and we believe there are multiple billion dollar outcomes serving each of these cohorts of users.

65% of @cryptothegame players being on @farcaster is incredibly bullish. i suspect many of the non-fc players are probably using second non-doxxed wallets not tied to a fid.

anyone know how to change channel names on warpcast? when i click edit, i can only change the display name but not the handle associated with the channel. eg /channelname
with the @megaethlabs testnet going live today, we sat down with the hotpot queen aka cofounder of megaeth earlier this week to chitchat about the consumer crypto ecosystem there!!
i had a chance to ask her what a megaeth hotpot would look like. 🍲🍢🥦 what would be the soup base? what would be the ingredients - the fish balls, the meat, the veggies, etc?
shuyao said the defi apps are the soup and liquidity, their consumer apps (e.g. @pumppartyapp, @noise_xyz) are the funky ingredients like enoki, squid, beef tripe... and their core team members are the chopsticks 🥢 mixing and coordinating everything.

tbh this makes alot of sense to me. would be fun to see something similar to a @bountycaster but for marketplaces/reselling on farcaster. i imagine you tag the bot, but then there's a separate frontend/client to explore and discover items (as you would on fb marketplace)

one warpcast feature thats not talked about enough is the location feature. and im kinda obsessed with it.
it's the casual "im in nyc for the month" and you see people change their location to nyc. thus notifying their followers.
friends (close + loose + new) will see that and reach out. love that it probably helps initiate more irl hangs + strengthens our connectivity without being too in your face about it.
