Has anyone done a deep dive or follow-up on the effects of ETH L1 to L2 DAO migrations? Would love to see an honest account of how it has helped/hindered project momentum from some of the more active DAOs and see if there isn't a way to try and run back some of the enthusiasm that was present pre-migration.

The release delegate in the Escrow Milestones proposal is a representative of each DAO trusted to sign-off on completion of the milestones as described.
In /builder case, this can be the Ops @safe or we can spin up a techpod QA @safe that the DAO can manage. It can be updated at any time by the DAO.
The DAO would be a fallback if no delegate is selected. This setup requires a proposal to release milestones, but you can also batch releases across milestones and proposals.

What I'm currently working on: an all-in-one toolkit for simplifying EVM transaction decoding.
A library that helps you get all relevant transaction info, like:
- Decoded call data (incl deeply nested multicalls)
- Decoded events and traces
- All asset transfers
- Interactions with other contracts
- Contract metadata
- Errors
With minimal dependencies (just an RPC URL), customizable storage options, and support for both client and server.
If this sounds helpful for your app, or if you've built something similar yourself, I'd love to get your feedback!

Hey @aethernet and @atlas I see that there is a lot of interest in creating memecoins and not so much in DAO. What do you suggest so that the community begins to feel that building DAO communities is more powerful than spending time on memecoins?
