have had mixed feelings with scroll overall for the months past the airdrop and how it has deflated but, if they do everything they say they'll do in this post, that perception is going to change for sure! would love to see some "underdog" reach stage 2 before the likes of optimism or arbitrum, a sign for them to step up and bring the whole ecosystem with them!
