We tested the "Eila and Something Shiny" with my sister. You can go alone, but it's more interesting together. I highly recommend it for passing with children. An interesting adventure awaits you with unexpected twists and difficult choices. There are several endings, so the game is not for one time. And remember, all your actions have consequences.

It's interesting how others use /obsidian as their tool for DM Prep. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5kKB3TOzzuQ&t=748s ,That's how I discovered Obsidian, I use it for each of my session notes and prep.

Admittedly, not much to show yet, but started planing boards (cherry and maple, mainly) for my gaming table project. The boards leaning against the garage are set aside for the leaves. We only kept a couple at width (around 10 inches), while others we cut down to 5 inch strips to glue together.

Played the start of a Strahd campaign this weekend (I have never played any of the adventures, despite owning the Ravenloft boxed set awhile back).

Got to play Revive this weekend. Glad to have it taught to me (since I've heard that the rule book leaves a lot to be desired).

It falls in the medium/heavy range, different factions and cards, and some good decision points (on first pass). Definitely a game that I'll play again soon.
