Taking a chance and submitting my song and video to an open call with Runway.
With that being said I told @bradorbradley.eth that I would tag him when I added more info on this video creation that is currently giving me pause and compete leap of faith to put it into a competition at this scale. I hope they have an emotional connection to it as well.

Why aren't more tokens buy and burn?
1. BNB has had this model for a while and been quite successful with it. Binance's market cap (even despite CZ being forced out) is nearly 2x Coinbase's.
2. It requires meaningful revenue to make a difference. Most centralized crypto companies (mostly exchanges) with meaningful revenue keep the revenue (and are not public). Tether gets to keep all of the float.
3. If you don't have meaningful revenue, then the market is likely to look at the low revenue and unclear prospects for growth (since most growth in crypto is tied to overall prices / sentiment vs. a repeatable sales and marketing function).
4. Regulatory uncertainty -- up until to a few weeks ago, no US-based team would consider buy and burn given the potential for the government to deem that a security (see the Howey Test). I would expect more teams to try now that the regulatory environment is shifting. I'm optimistic that legislation will pass

can barely get a cast in during the day (is this what locked in feels like?) so sharing some random late night observations on my mind:
- people who have opinions > people who don't have opinions, even if their opinions differ from my own
- current trend cycles are exhausting, both in crypto but even more so outside of crypto; gen Z is starting to rebel against micro trends and instead invest in developing and defining their own, more durable personal style. i am HERE for this.
- Lena Dunham just launched a Substack, sigh. i was so excited when Pamela Anderson did it, so why does this one bore me?
- Sporty and Rich founder Emily Oderg is using OnlyFans (yes!! OF!!) as a marketing channel because she believes that's where lifestyle campaigns (getting flagged on instagram) will live. hmm.
- dating shift of online-to-offline; curated matchmaking platforms are in hot demand again. people want to feel something (like really feel) IRL again.

What a the point of casting in channels that noone scrolls? You just tend to see they cluster of users that bolster each other and forget to engage with others. Please remember tho with all these changes ORPHAN casts and comments are still real.

The app on the iPad is not optimized. I am a habitual iPad user it literally comes with me everywhere and is my lifeblood attacking the video below happened to me every time I tried to post this on the browser too.
