My biggest gripe as a first-time web3 founder:
Getting clarity on your target user persona is tough. Anons want to stay anon, which makes user interviews tough to do. Bucketing users under trader / airdrop hunter / crypto-native / etc. is vague and doesn't help.

Farcaster channels are a killer feature - hope @dwr.eth doubles down on them! They're a great way to get into curated conversations and find your tribe. Super useful when you're new to Farcaster

We made the snap call to swap ~$500k worth of USDC in company funds to USDT when the peg broke. We lost ~6%.
Meanwhile on my personal account I went 10x long USDC/USDT perps on Bybit. Made a ~53% gain on the rebound.
