Heading to Snowmass this week and I wasn't thrilled reading recent reports as it's been quite warm
"Decent snow above 9,500 ft. Lower than that (at base village) completely melted slush. I'm pretty sure I skied through about 4 in of standing water near the bottom of the gondola."
"Snow is mush. Soooo hot. Tee shirt skiing is always fun, but not this early. Got to get runs in before noon before the mush comes."
But looks like the weather is turning and a storm is expected to dump a foot on Tuesday. Yeeeee haw let's goooooo

I don’t understand the idiots who refuse to where a helmet when skiing or snowboarding (mostly boarders from what I’ve seen)
Saving grace is that I’m finally hitting the slopes for the first time this season ⛷️
