Worked out at an equinox for the first time last night because I had a guest pass. It kinda sucks?
No energy. Way too sterile. The best work gets put it in grungy gyms with iron, not machines, and with a bunch of mates around hootin and hollering and making sure you know it's "light weight" when you struggle thru that last rep.
