Single-origin Thai tea panna cotta - A taste that evokes my years in Thailand cooking farm-to-table. I knew each farmer, their unique ingredients, and built a secret stash I still use for special clients. This simple dessert always amazes – the magic of authentic ingredients and a personal touch. But the story is clearly in the flavor. #asianrecipes #privatechef #asianfusionfood #farmtotable
Christmas is around the corner!! Need inspiration and ideas of what you have for Christmas? It’s my first Christmas in America. Please share with me your tradition. 🙏

I don’t know about you but quite honestly sometimes I feel hard to put food on the table as most days are long for me but this is one of thoese dishes that I put on repeat as it’s delicious, fast, and you pay half the price from Thai restaurants. I present you “larb” make your weeknights great again! https://youtu.be/JUUwf0fjSSA?si=DsCB6VEMGWtWewKg
And then dropping some Asian theme for another. Mongolian Beef, Thom kha gai (on repeat), Vietnamese fresh spring roll and peanut sauce.
Sneak peak into hidden gem you find inside the Persian rice.
Bts of kitchen life. We pour out our heart and soul to feed thoese who walked through the door and for ourselves, we just take that 5 mins to squat and have a bite of something. It’s not “healthy” but I can't explain why we do it. Guess when you are in zone, we just block out everything else and focus on what we love and is good at.
Persian rice, Special request from client.
That's a wrap!! Ended the successful pop up with a gift from a Chinese Master Chef, an aged Chinese wine that taste like sherry from Spain. And came home and my sweet neighbours left me a card and flowers at my door. #thankful #actionspeaks #presence
Pop up live until 6pm at Airliner bar, broadway. Where the people at?
Waking up the neighbor at 5.30am with Khao soi curry 🤣 Get this into your belly today IRL. And look forward seeing you at Airliner at Broadway, LA. 12-6pm. Come early.
See you at Airliner bar tomorrow! Come early as food is limited! 😄
I can definitely attest that since changing my workout to PPL, pounding chilli paste has become much easier than before .. see you on Sunday !!
When you ask your husband to help pick herbs! He knows the drill. @giuseppe you like? 🤣
Has Singapore food arrived into main stream? This is one challenge that I am facing, when I make youtube channels of Singapore Food , it doesn’t has much click as compared to Thai. Why do you think that is? Have you ever tried or are you interested in learning more about Singaporean food?"
This was my first sundae from Costco and it was underwhelming, couldn’t make myself to eat with a half-ass sundae so I had to make a hot fudge sauce to make it worth the calories. 3tbsp cacao powder, 1tbsp honey, 3tbsp heavy cream, 1tbsp butter. 2 Dark chocolate squares .Pinch of salt

Enough for 3 sundaes
I have this thing that I do monthly! I have my fortune told through fortune cookies 🤣 and this is the lastest one I got and I feels like it sums up my lessons living in America so far.
Sorry for those of you who may be looking for makrut lime leaves in LA! I think I just got everything that was available in Thai town .
