#throwback on some dishes that I made. This is a pumpkin cooked in compost soil for food waste awaerness event, with pumpkin skin chip and Thai tribe olive sauce.
💖 My short arms couldn't capture all the deliciousness I prepped for this amazing family of 5! 💪 But seeing those 3 kiddos gobble down their dinner was the best reward ever. 🥰 Sometimes the most fulfilling moments happen beyond the camera lens. ✨ Grateful for the opportunity to cook, connect, and make a difference, one meal at a time.

Farmers market discovery day. Today , Farmer Alex from Weiser Farms gave me some chillies to taste test. The purple one, I totally forgotten its name but the yellow ones were Aji Amarillo. I describe the taste in the video.
