This is worth reading whether you like football or not. Nick Chubb is easily one of the greatest Americans alive. His story — https://www.theplayerstribune.com/nick-chubb-nfl-football-cleveland-browns
Elon is on another planet compared to Steve Jobs
It’s not even close, Musk is the greatest to ever do it

Just bought some $degen on coinbase! What a day, we're just getting started 🎩
Can someone explain why this launch was different? I thought SpaceX was already landing rockets?
Inner order precedes outer order
Order of a group (outer order) cannot be achieved unless the individuals themselves have achieved order (inner order)
This is true for all levels of human organization — from relationships to teams to companies, cities, and nations

Yeah sex is good but have you ever gotten a triple barrel bluff through with two callers behind and complete air?
Who looks healthier?
Crazy to me that ppl can't see through this dude. America has a long history of snake oil salesmen and con artists
Look at his "Longevity Mix" — this stuff is just a slop of in vogue supplements. There is no reason to take creatine along side these other ingredients
Also, he doesn't look healthy. Use your eyes

What this dude gets wrong is that it’s not the years of life but the life in the years
Many greats of history, from heroes on the battlefield to political leaders to entrepreneurs, all *sacrificed* some piece of their well-being for the greater good
We are not a clump of cells, we are imbued with indomitable spirit

I love waking up early, used to get up at 4:45 — but 4-5 hours of sleep and up at 8am I'm fresh, but even 8 hours up that early and I'm fatigued with less mental acuity
The thing is, I love getting up super early but this tradeoff is a tall hurdle to clear. Is anyone else wired this way? Would love to fix

Perplexity must be studied
Such a completely inferior product to both incumbents and new competitors
Yet the meme is that it’s good and therefore, it gets distribution

Poker is a lot like Hollywood
There are players who play for the love of the game and to be the best like Daniel Day Lewis
There are also players who play only play the cash and fame like The Rock
Often times they appear alongside each other, but their entire bodies of work highlight the difference

VC trends on the best way to build a company are so funny. Yeah bro 800 years of commerce with double entry accounting and *this* trend is the *right* way
From the East India Company to Walmart to OpenAI there’s very obviously no correct or even best way to build a company outside of building something of value

Here’s an interesting thought exercise for the longevity of Apple. At what point do they change the naming convention for new iPhones?
Can you imagine buying iPhone 37? How about 273? Won’t happen
Most likely outcome is simply dropping the number like Mac. Which would perhaps signal the end of mobile innovation

We could just pay them off and modernize the ports with what we send to Ukraine in a day
