lately, Iโve been battling that nagging feeling of self-doubt, even when I know Iโm making progress. Imposter syndrome has a sneaky way of making you second-guess yourself, right when youโre starting to gain momentum.
When it shows up, I make an effort to take a breath and reflect on how far Iโve come. I focus on the reasons that got me started and the vision that keeps me moving forward.
Itโs not simple, but in those moments, I find the resilience to push through and keep growing.
