If your gym has completely round plates and octagonal plates, always squat and bench with the octagonal plates. The round plates are for exercises on the floor so the barbell can easily roll, like deadlifts or hip thrusts. The more you know 💪🏻

Fully put away your weights at the gym

I see a lot of people leave some weight on to make it “easier” for the next person but that could actually make someone feel discouraged or completely unable to lift…
