Friends, please tell me movies and series, I’m soaking due to surgery and I’ll stay home for 10 days, when I finish my activities of the day, the only leisure I’ll have will be watching movies or series 😂

Wow, I was so tired that I passed out at 7:20 pm yesterday and woke up from 7:00 am, I finally managed to sleep and rest well my friends, my face is much less swollen, but I’m still here at rest and anxiously waiting for the second season of the last of us ✨

I’m just very tired, it’s been hard to sleep, but in general, I’m recovering well, the swelling has already decreased a lot and I’m not feeling any pain, just a little angry because I can’t sleep anyway haha but breathing is being wonderful 🥹✨

Friends, I received some messages here today asking about my Instagram @risoflora and I wanted to inform you that I deactivated it. I couldn’t stop to organize the feed yet. I ended up deactivating my people too because I’m focusing on other areas besides nutrition and the arts, I intend to change cities in September and travel more too, so I decided to divide the attention in another area too to have more $$$ and leave making every dream come true ♥️

Gm Gm Family, my surgery was amazing, my family stayed with me until discharge, I’m coming home and some friends will visit me and help me these days. I can’t make great efforts for 10 days and in these first 3 days, I’ll be at absolute rest, but it’s too good to know that I have an incredible support network with me ♥️
Gm my family, I will need to stay in absolute rest for 3 days, I had to perform a septum surgery. It was supposed to be held in May but for an urgency, I needed to do it today!
Everything went well, my family is accompanying me in the hospitalization. I’ll be back in a few days 🥹♥️✨

Me and my instinct Dora adventurous. Alone, in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by many birds, slabs and caatinga!
If I could give you one advice, it would be this: live now! Don’t get stuck in the past, everything you’ve been through is an apprenticeship and don’t yearn for the future, which is a complete unknown. Work what has to be work and don’t get attached to fears!
Note: If you are a woman and love to explore places alone, just like me, if you travel by car mainly alone, be aware of the car maintenance, share where you will sleep/camp, pass information about the region with people you trust and be happy! 🙃
