To always take good care of yourself, first. Love yourself and never put anything or anyone over yourself. Self-love comes a long way. You will be fine.
taking care of yourself means to =
eat. rest. move your body. sleep. laugh. hydrate. enjoy life. repeat
mental health is real. take care of yourself and check on your loved ones.
take care of yourself. you’re all you got.
self care is not always easy. it’s more than facemasks & sleeping in. it’s also being disciplined with exercise & the food you eat, spending time studying, and waking up early. self care is doing the things that are necessary for your growth & health — & it’s always worth it.
If you missed the sunset's afterglow, you can still quietly await the stars in the sky.
