switched from barry’s to orangetheory and i burn 100 more calories per class. was doubtful, but found OTF to be more challenging
likely a combo of:
• 60min vs 50min class
• tread portion leans endurance vs power. running 30min continuously at base/push feels harder to me than 2 x 12min blocks with 30s sprints..

imo the Nouns funding model is great at generating divergent solutions for discrete use cases: advertising, governance, delegation, etc.
