I started exercising A LOT more about a month ago. I already ate healthfully and avoid carb-heavy dishes, but I need to work on overall nutrition.

Are there any good resources that provide healthy balanced nutrition education? I'm not looking for a diet I'm looking to understand and apply well rounded nutrition principles. Especially curious how to approach carbs — very little, some?

dentist tells me there’s nothing to do for preventative care beyond brushing gently and flossing. complains i ask the same question every time i see him for cleaning. i am suspicious. strong signal to get second opinion when the provider finds your desire for preventative care annoying/ridiculous.
