Investors must be careful about what they see and hear because fraudsters are using AI, and the buzz around AI, in creative ways to con investors.
AI can be used to create people who don’t really exist. In one example, a purported crypto investment platform created a YouTube video in which its “CEO” touted the company to prospective investors. In reality, this was a hoax: the individual was not the company’s CEO, but rather a fictitious avatar programmed with AI to recite a script.
AI can also be used to clone voices. So if you receive a phone call from someone who sounds just like a friend or family member, it may actually be a scammer using a clone of their voice.

Idanre Hill consists of high plain with spectacular valleys interspersed with inselbergs of about 3,000 ft above sea level, and an abundance of diverse and variegated eco-systems of flora and fauna.
Its physical attributes include the Owa's Palace, Shrines, Old Court, Belfry, Agbooogun foot print, thunder water (Omi Aopara) and burial mounds and grounds.

The Idanre Hill is well known for its scenic landscape. Its wide variety of cultural sites like 'Owa's Palace', shrines, The Old Court, Belfry, Agboogun footprint, thunder water (Omi Apaara) and burial grounds have since brought the location fame and the nation's nomination for the UNESCO World Heritage Site shortlist. It is situated 3000 ft (914.4meters) above sea level and houses a unique ecosystem upon which the cultural landscape has Integrated. It also has diverse and variegated eco-systems of flora and fauna. Oke Idanre contains very important bio-physical and land form features whose interaction with the physical features created an enduring cultural landscape within the setting.

Lagos is one of the fastest growing cities in the world. (There are districts that are larger than Berlin)
What interests me is which industries are emerging and where you see rapid development (locally). What technologies are emerging and popular.
Where do you see the development going? Service industry, processing fabric, or raw materials industry.
We have been looking at Asia in recent decades, I am interested in what the future of Africa (esp. Nigeria) looks like.
