This year, I rediscovered the power of morning pages—a daily ritual of stream-of-consciousness writing first thing in the morning. This habit helped me clear my head, organize ideas, and uncover what was stirring beneath the surface. Sadly, I fell off the practice over the summer, but as the new year approaches, I’m recommitting to it!

V overwhelming week/end last week. Couldn’t make it to the mat. Genuinely sad to miss the Saturday morning crew. Going to do a midweek on-demand yin session and get back there this Saturday.
We added some new visuals to our asset suite!

Consistent with our existing ON AIR branding, these visuals nod to the digital world (TV banners for newsletter issue numbers and pixelated clouds) and bring in a sense of community and playfulness with human shapes in yoga poses.

More to come in the new year.
