What's truly affordable? How many years should it take you to pay this off? Minimum wage is still $7. What if....2 years of minimum wage bought you a house with an acre of land in a beautiful neighborhood built around a community managed food forest that could provide for almost all of your caloric needs? There would be meat raised within a few miles of your home, fresh eggs daily, unlimited produce/fruit and 100k+ acres of open space surrounding it to enjoy. Would it concern you that someone would be building this near you and possibly lower your home's value by providing a better experience and standard of living for an insanely low price? Would you admit capitalism is nonsense and that we can do this today without much effort if we just chose to? Your imagination is the limit to your reality. My reality is limitless and full of abundance.

I'm moving to the desert to build a city of affordable housing.....what price would you consider to be affordable? If I could sell you a house for that price are you coming? Outrageous answers are ok. Do we want billionaires to decide our futures?

Cool Bean's why the heck are you going to move to the desert? Someone needs to build a wall in the US that actually matters. Border walls are just bullshit political constructs, the desertification of the US of A is basically inevitable. Hotter, drier, sooner. Every year deserts expand and get larger. Change the desert, change the climate, change the world.
