A Great Egret catches a fish. I got lucky catching this shot
A patient with longstanding CHF presents in extremis due to heart failure. His only wish is to die at home with his dog. He has no support that can help him and hospice can't see him for 2 days. You expect he will die in 24 hours without BPAP and diuretics in the ICU. What are you doing?
