How are you thinking about ai usage for your kids and starting how early?
My partner and I are baby planning and my head is filled with all the technology concerns - how to teach them to collaborate effectively with technology rather than being beholden by it.

Day 2 of building an iOS app with AI as my cofounder + teams.
So far the team is -
🤔 @ChatGPTapp - strategy, planning and generalist (e.g. helped create brand doc)
🎨 @magicpatterns – UX & design
📱 @a0_dev – iOS engineering
kinda bullish on this. going to start with a simpler app (than what i was planning on monday) since i heard ai tools aren't as good with deployment yet.
if i can get 1 app end to end with a super simple (but real usecase) - that'll give me the confidence that ai can help with more complex ones.

Been eating better than i have most of my life.
(this is huge for me given how poorly i ate - carbs, fried food, no veggies, irregular eating, ordering in, sugar etc.)
Mostly enjoying eating protein + fiber + veggies as my base meal, but sometimes i crave carbs/unhealthy eating, and realized it comes down to 4 pre-cursors -
1. when i didn’t sleep well
2. when i am high
3. when i allow myself to get too hungry
4. when i didn’t eat enough in my previous meal that kept me satiated (sufficient protein, fiber, and voluminous veggies)
